If you choose to complete a booking through a partner's link, you leave our site and that partner's own privacy policy governs the information you provide to them from that point on. We also share data with payment processors and technology vendors who support our own operations, under contracts that limit their use of your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

1. Nature of Our Services

FlightsBuz is an independent online travel search and booking-assistance platform, and a brand of Cruise Farefinder LLC. We help you search and compare live flight fares, and offer optional itinerary-optimization consulting. FlightsBuz is not an airline, and any flight search results, fares, or availability shown are sourced in real time from third-party suppliers and data partners; we do not guarantee their accuracy at the moment you view them. Where a search result links you to a third-party supplier or agent to complete a booking, that booking is made directly with, and fulfilled by, that supplier under their own fare rules and terms — FlightsBuz is not a party to it.

2. Flight Search Results

Fares, schedules, and availability displayed on FlightsBuz reflect data available at the time of your search and can change quickly due to real-time inventory and market conditions. A displayed fare is not a guarantee of price or availability until confirmed and ticketed directly by the supplier. Cancellation terms, change fees, and baggage rules are set by the operating airline or supplier, not by FlightsBuz.

3. Consulting Engagements

If you separately purchase an itinerary-optimization consulting engagement, it is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed fee (minimum 25% deposit, or as specified in your proposal). A written scope of work is emailed within 24 hours of payment. Engagements are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

4. Fees & Payments

• All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is selected on our site.
• Our own consulting fees are subject to change until an engagement is confirmed and deposit received.
• FlightsBuz service fees, where applicable to any assisted booking, are separate from the base fare charged by the supplier and will be disclosed to you before you pay.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank wire transfers for our own consulting fees.

5. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and all required visas for your itinerary. FlightsBuz may point you toward general documentation guidance but does not process visa applications and cannot guarantee approval, which is at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. FlightsBuz does not sell or administer insurance and is not liable for medical expenses, trip cancellation costs, or losses arising from the absence of travel insurance.

7. Our Liability

FlightsBuz is not a party to any booking, ticket, or reservation you make with an airline or other supplier, and we are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, fare or schedule changes after you view a search result, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our consulting recommendations are based on information available at the time of analysis.

8. No Affiliation With Airlines

FlightsBuz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of any airline, hotel, or supplier referenced or linked on this site. Airline names, logos, and fare data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Engagement Cancellation & Refund Policy

FlightsBuz is a travel logistics consultancy — we do not book flights or hold airline reservations, so this policy covers cancellation and refund of our consulting engagement fees only. It does not cover any tickets, reservations, or purchases you make directly with an airline or other supplier.

Engagement Cancellation Schedule

Note: Specific terms for larger corporate or group engagements will be confirmed in writing in your proposal.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Third-Party Bookings

Because FlightsBuz does not book travel on your behalf, any cancellation, change, or refund for a ticket or reservation you make is governed entirely by the relevant airline or supplier's own policies, not by FlightsBuz.
